Operator Shoe

Question

All I need is the little white piece ... do I need to purchase the grey replacement shoe? They look totally different is why I am concerned.

The 36-083 replacement shoe does look different, but I checked it out and it does line up with the shoe on the 39-099. I'm not sure why Andersen doesn't make the replacement shoe the same.
