Operator approximately 9 in

Question

I need a right hand and a left hand operator for the windows that do not have any identification on them . I don't know how you're measuring from to get approximately nine. It could be 9 and 1/2 or 10 but I measured from the bend

Thanks for reaching out to us. It looks like your operator has an offset. I recommend you start by taking a look at the 39-413. The arm is 9-1/2" long when measured from the center of the gear to the center of the roller. Take a look and see if the specifications match what you need.
