Operator arm access

A home owner from Western New York says:
I am trying to fix Truth entrygard gears and arms on a vinyl window. I can't seem to figure out how to remove the vinyl window parts to access the screws to remove the operator gears and arms. I've removed the plastic cover and can see everything I need to see, even the screws, but can't get to them because of window vinyl. Am I missing the obvious? Thanks. Gerry.

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Hey, Gerry. To get to the screws for this operator, you will need to carefully pry up the molding that's covering the operator.
