Operator crank

Question

Hi

I need 2 left and two right operators for these casement windows.The length of the arm is between 12" and 13" depending on how and where measurements are taken. I do not need tracks but the number on the track is HGO5 2008U.No # on operator itself. I cannot find my previous order of 4 handles but they are pictured. I bought hoping they would help but the operators are strip out .My question is will they work or do I need the handles also. Can you pull my order and check to make sure they are compatible.

Hi Stephen,

The window operators you have remind me of the 39-399 and 39-400 Roto Single Arm Operator, with a 13-1/2" arm. Take a look over the diagram below to confirm that these are the replacements you are searching for. You'll want to double check that your operators have the same clip on the end of the arm that ours have.

These operators use the 39-541 Roto Casement Track Slider and the 39-542 Roto Casement Track.

Also keep in mind, your existing operators use a male handle, so you'll also need to purchase the 39-232 Roto Folding Crank Handle.
