The operator is compatible with the 39-152 Andersen Classic Operator Cover and the 39-286 Casement Window Handle. Also, I did notice that your operator appears to be attached to the sash using the 39-351 RH Split Arm Sash Bracket; the opposite handed version is part 39-530.
