Operator for Truth Entry Gard arms

Hi,
Looking for an operator for this one that no longer works. The arms say Truth Entry Gard.
The short curved arm is 3"
The arm it attaches to heading left is 4-3/8" (No. 2810)
The long arm is 9". (Entry Gard)
A number listed on the top hinge was 30744 if that helps.

Thanks for posting. This looks like the 39-031 and 39-032 Dual-Arm Operator. See if these match what you seek. For a new cover and handle, see the 39-114L and 39-107.
