Attached is a photo of the old operator. I do not know the brand name.
Please advise if you have an identical one that would work.

We may have one, but I can't tell what you have based on this picture. I would like you to remove this entirely from the window and show us a clear picture of the three installation holes all in one shot, as well as a clear picture of the link arm. In the meantime, you can see our entire selection here.
