Operator for left crank out window

The pictures are of the right side. I need the left if looking at it from outside. It is way broken. Crank broke too. Don't think I can open it.

Can you see the piece in the first picture I sent that looks like each end is underneath the other parts. One end attached to the window and other end is attached to the longer bar of the part with the gears on it? I don't see that piece in the photos you gave me. The rest measures right.

Hello, 

I believe you are referring to the sash track that the end of the straight operator arms slides in. Please review the 39-533 or 39-505 to see how they compare to your original.

There are also the hinges that sit under the operator itself. If you need new hinges, start by reviewing the style and dimensions of the 36-048 2-bar hinge set that has a 10" sill track. Please note that both the top and bottom hinges would need to be replaced at the same time. The video below shows the placement of the hinges. Let us know if you have any additional questions!
