Operator handle came off

Question

Hello Swisco, I need a suggestion... I have this type of lock in a window at home PAN AM/DARYL WINDOW CRANK. The problem is that the handle came off and we try to put it again is like the window is not closing. I don't know what is the problem... or if I need to replace all the lock. Hello, Patricia! The problem appears to be that the worm gear stripped out. This cannot be repaired or replaced, unfortunately, so you'll need an all new operator.

Since you said this is a Pan Am/Daryl crank, I recommend looking at our 39-017 to start out. You should carefully review our photos and dimensions to confirm that everything matches.
