Operator inquiry

I have an operator that has a number c-1081-201 stamped on it. I have purchased our 39-032 and It does not match my original operator. I'm also looking for a cover that matches the cover that is in the images that I have attached as well.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't sell a replacement for the operator shown here, unfortunately. You would have to contact the original manufacturer of the window directly, whoever they may be. I am very sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions.
