Operator link arm

Question

Unfortunately I discovered that although they have the same model number, the second section of the arm on the unit I have is shorter than the one I bought from you.  See the attached photo.  Can I exchange for another unit with a shorter arm that will fit and if so can you please let me know the process?  So close.  Thank you.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a version of the 39-090 with a shorter link arm. For the operator you purchased to work, you would need to drill out both of the shorter link arms of the original and new operator in order to install the old link arm on the new operator using the 62-014 rivet.
