This is an 8 year old window. From the inside the hinge is on the left. From the outside the hinge is on the right.

Thanks for contacting us! I believe our 39-342 Roto Dual Arm Casement Window Operator should work to replace your existing hardware. The opposite handed version of this operator is the 39-341. To determine if this is the correct replacement, carefully look over the dimensions and compare them.
