The hinge point/pivot on the bottom of the window is unusual, it has mating parts that can be adjusted left and right on sliding/serrated surfaces.
Any help would be great. The customer would like to get these working!
Thanks for writing in! The casement operator you have here appears to be an older, discontinued version of the 39-092 ROTO Casement Operator. To confirm that this is the correct replacement, you'll need to carefully look over the dimensions and compare them.
Unfortunately, we do not sell the compatible link arm for this operator; you'll need to reuse your existing arm, if possible.
The hinge on the window functions completely separately from the window operator. We likely do not have an exact replacement match for your existing hinge set but I believe our 36-048 2-Bar Hinge Set may be worth considering as a replacement. Although, you'll need to be sure to carefully review and compare the dimensions, especially the dimension for the length of the track that would be installed to the sill.
Keep in mind, you'll likely need to replace both the top and bottom hinge to ensure the window will continue to function properly. This hinge set can be used for either the left or right side of the window.
