My Bay window crank needs replaced; it is Anderson part C-9400-1. I called and you requested pictures to get the correct parts

See if our 39-264 Andersen Split-Arm Operator matches up. Note that for windows manufactured from 1995 to 1998, you'll also need the 39-362 Adapter Plate.
