The first photo (window closed) is the operator that needs to be replaced. The gears are stripped and it?s a second story window so I have not taken the hardware out. The second photo is an identical window except the opposite orientation. The arm that extends is approximately 11 inches. I have no idea what brand the windows are. Any chance this is enough info to find a replacement part? Thanks in advance for any help.
