Operator similar to the 39-044 Getty operator

We have a number of Getty (Philadelphia PA) operators at our summer cottage, the track of which fastens to the vertical window frame surface, not under the window, with three screws. The track is 12" long. Our tracks are OK. But we need to replace the operators because the teeth are pretty much gone. The arms are 9" long. The crank handles are on the opposite sides to what you show in your pictures. The operator screw holes are on 3-1/2" centres and they fasten DOWN to the sill, not vertically. There is an extra screw hole an inch to the front, opposite the handle, also fastening down. Is the 39-044 going to work for me?
