Operator track shoe

Question

I need two shoes for an Amsco vinyl casement window. C-LC25-36x72. The top and bottom black plastic shoe broke, they do not stay in the groove of the ss operator track. When opening the window, it falls out of the frame and the hinges just bend. The photos attached are of the window adjacent to the one that is broke. This window functions just fine. Do you have the replacement parts?

This looks more like the slide piece on the casement window hinge itself. Unfortunately, these components are not sold separately from the hinges themselves, which means the entire hinge set should be replaced. See if our 36-048 or 36-049 matches what you need.
