Operator and Casement Lock

Question

Can I use the 39-031 even though it doesn't have an upward offset or do I have to re-rivet my old link arm to a new operator because it is over 4" and has an upward offset? I also need to replace the casement lock.

Hello,

As long as the dimensions match up, the 39-031 and 39-032 should work for you but you may need to manipulate the shorter link arm to attach it to the bracket since the offset is different.

I'm not sure if we have an exact match for the lock in your photo but it reminds me of one of our Escutcheon style handles, such as the 38-208 or 38-209. You'll need to remove the lock from the window and compare the specifications to see if either of these might be what you need. Thank you!
