Operator and closers for window (arm #30752)

Question

Hello,
I have a bay window with 2 side windows, house built in mid 70's and these might be original or form the 80's

We'd like to replace the operators (need 2 Left/right) and the window locks (maybe series 24?) (4 needed).

Once the windows opened the arm shows a number "30752" I am thinking it was the "Truth Window"
