Would you be able to provide with part numbers for the below window crank handle and the housing to go with it?

Thanks for posting. Looks like your handle is actually fine, but you will need a new operator. Do you see the corkscrew gear at the bottom of the handle? That's actually part of the operator and not meant to come out. If it has, then it means the gears in the operator have stripped out. There's no repairing this, unfortunately.
I can recommend a replacement operator, but I will need to see pictures of it in order to find a good match. Keep in mind I need to see the entire operator mechanism, including the arms that open and close the window.

Perfect! Exactly what we needed to see. I would start with our 39-083. Let me know if the size of the arms matches your own.
