Operators 39-025 and 39-026

Home Owner from USA
Hello:

This is one of the old operators I want to replace with the ones I recently purchased.

I think the part # is the same as ones I purchased earlier but I see the new ones are different.

I drilled the threads out on one window to try and make one new operator work.

But do I need the 33-206 ?

I'm sorry, I don't understand your question. You purchased our 39-025 and 39-026 in the past, according to your order, but I'm not sure what you're asking. Can you be more specific?

Do you have an operator with a threaded screw connection to the window like the one in the photo?

I put in one new 39-026 without a nylon washer. It is very hard to operate. Do I need the 33-206 washer ?

I believe the 33-206 nylon washer could help, but if your window is hard to operate, I suggest disconnecting the operator from the window and trying to operate the window using your hand. While operating the window, see if you can find anything that is hanging up the linkage. That may reveal the problem. You could also try using a spray lubricant like silicone spray.

Thank you. I did this and it works ok. Enough on this topic.
