I purchased 4 replacement operators 39-031 the wheel at the end of the arm are thicker on new operators is there a replacement track that will fit that wheel original track has #30175 on it. These are vinyl casements is mounted on bottom of surface not on the face

That's a weird one. We do sell the 39-505 track, which was specifically designed to go with the 39-031, but I'm not sure if you have enough room on your sash to mount it. Look it over and see what you think.
