Optimum Window tape balance replacement

I have a window that was purchased 15 years ago. I need to replace the tape balances. The manufacturer at the time was Optimum. They are no longer in business. The size of the balance shoe is 9/16 d x 1/14 wide and 1/12 high including tabs on top. The sash weight is 8lbs. The sash size is 18 .5 " high x 20.5" wide x 1.5". The size of the window is approx. 24 "x 36"

Hello! This looks like our 15-087 pivot shoe, which is compatible with our Series 180 coil spring. Look these parts over and let me know if you agree.

Since the weight of the sash is eight pounds, I recommend our S180-4. These carry four pounds each, so one on each side will total up to your sash weight.
