Order #1114991 wrong part

Dear Sirs:

Photos numbered DSCN3022, 3020 and 3021 are photos of the part I need. Photos DSCN 3023 and 3025 are comparison of (mine and your 15-070 )parts photos ( the part with the red is YOUR part sent to me, that I am returning).

The pivot shoe I need is for a Seasonall Nu-Prime , all aluminum double hung window. Do you have the correct part? I need 26 pieces, if available

Thank you for your patience during this busy season. I'm told by my associate Jody that your pivot shoe is 5/8" thick. With that in mind, I recommend our 15-047. I think that you'll find this is a close match.
