Attached are pictures of what I need and what I was sent. The picture on the order form looks like I ordered the correct parts, but what I was shipped doesn't match the picture, from what I can tell. Existing part has #30842R and the other is 3084IL. Please email or call me to fix my order.

Hello!

It actually looks like you have the correct operator. You'll just need to orient the arms to match the position of your original operator. The video below will explain exactly what I mean.
