Hello there, I ordered six S385-27 tracks based on the length of the ones that were broken but, they ended up being an inch too long so they don't work, the hook in one of your tracks snapped off in my hand, the knot holding it was not good.
One of your representatives said that I need a different track so I'm providing pictures with close-ups of what's stamped on those tracks, the metal part of those OEM tracks is 25.625" long.. 27" if we include the plastic ends.
The tracks that I ordered from you guys ended up being 28" Long including the plastic ends, somehow I installed them on one window but not but could not get them on the next one. So I would like to return four tracks for credit on one of them the metal hook came off because of the defective knot. Please let me know which tracks that should be purchasing based on the info that I gave you. Feel free to call me (btw, there is a 6-hour time difference) Thanks, Alex
