T-Lock Handle Width

Question

The replacements and my originals of this jalousie T Handles.

Please note the 0n the phot next to the ruler that my original is 1/8 longer than your replacement and this difference is why my handle isn't able to spin (clear) on its turns. PS the handles with the Phillips screw is original and the flat head is your replacement model.

Please advise.

Thanks for reaching out! We're sorry to hear that the "T" is too short on the handle you purchased. The T on our handle appears to be wider than ours as well. This is the closest match we carry to your existing T Handle.

I do apologize that we cannot provide you with a handle in the specifications you need.
