T-Lock Pivot Shoe

For whatever reason these shoes don't work in this jamb
When it's in the open position so that I can slide it up and down it goes fine, as soon as I rotator to lock it in the back bracket (white clip) pops tried 4 different balances

Thanks for your post! It appears your existing shoe has an open cam on the back of it like the 15-195B T-Lock Balance Shoe. The closed off cam on the 15-195 can cause the pivot bar to fit improperly in the shoe cam.
