Question about the In-Swinging Door Handle Set

Question

I received my order no problems. I do have a question about the In-Swinging
Door Handle Set, 1-3/4" item 40-028. The part fits but doesn't spring back after turning it when opening the door, the part we had on there before did. Is there another handle that springs back to standing position?
I'm going to try to send a picture of our old handle.
It's missing the spring & screws but the attachment is our old one.

Thanks for posting. Sorry to hear you're having trouble. You might have tightened the screws a little too much when installing the handle to the door. Slightly loosen one screw at a time to see if that releases the handle back in position.
