I purchased the 39-090 operator and I tried to install it and the measurements were off. I have taken a photo of my original part to the part I ordered.

If you could please offer a better recommendation that would be great.

I think you might have wanted our 39-188 instead. Carefully look over our pictures, I think you'll find it more closely matches your style.
