The 40-183 lockset did not fit. I need to send you pics of the lockset I need to replace and get your insight on what would work.

The lockset I am needing to replace is attached. The only part that is broken is the striker in the mortise, but all I can find is an entire lockset.

We did carry a Pella handle set similar to yours at one time but, unfortunately, it is no longer available. If the only broken part is the mortise lock, take a look at the 40-194. The determining factor would be how the dimensions below compare to yours. We also offer the 40-197 strike plate commonly used with this mortise lock.
