Order new ones for my window balace

Hi, I need to order two new ones for my window balance. Those two need to be holding at least 26.5 pounds of window. Could you share the whole set of these and order? I added the photos.

Thanks for writing in! This window balance is an Extended Travel Channel Balance. I'm certain we can provide you with the replacements but I'll need to see a photo of an undamaged shoe to confirm the type you have.
The shoe is missing the hook/clip that helps to anchor the cord to the window track. This is important for the installation.
