Order number for replacement balance on double hung

A quick learner from 94903 says:

I believe I need to order the S351-22-2140 but not sure. Attached are photos.

It has a stamp 21 4 on the channel but the channel measures 22" in length to maybe the 21 represents lbs.

Should I mail you an existing one to be sure?

Based on your photos, you have either our S351-22 or S390-22. The only difference between them is the size of the bottom fitting, which is indicated on their respective store pages. You'll need to measure your bottom fitting to confirm which one is best.
I'm afraid we can't accept physical samples at this time due to the quarantine. There isn't anyone at the office who could check and know what they were looking at. However, it's very easy to differentiate between these two products. All you have to do is refer to the diagram below.
