Ordered the wrong latch lever need this one

82-240 did not work. The actuator arm is not the correct angle to allow the door to lock. Will be returning the 82-240s.

Please send me the correct ones or the part number with photo.

I'm afraid that the 82-240 is the only thumb lever we have in this style. If that didn't work for you, then we don't have anything else that will.

Would it be possible to see a picture of the complete handle set? That may point us in the right direction.
