Ordered wrong operator

Question

I was trying to order two (2) of each. Left side (2) Right side (2). I ordered Item # 39-326 and Item # 39-325. The problem is the stud that connects to the window needs to be facing up. I'm putting the new parts that will not work on my windows back in the mail today to ship back for a return. Could you please send me the correct parts.Thanks, Archie

Sorry to hear the 39-325 & 39-326 didn't work out for you. Check out our 39-329 & 39-330 instead. I suspect these are what you need. Note too that the link arm is riveted on top of the gear arm, rather than the other way around.
