Ordered wrong parts

Question

I ordered the S210-14 and it looked pretty close to the one I had bought the thickness on the old one is 9/16 ,the S210-14 is thicker.
The 1st photo is just half of the way it should look ,if you can see the second photo shows two together and each one has a 7 imprint. The springs thickness is shy of 1/2 inch.

Can the ones I bought be returned ? 8 total

Thanks for posting! Looks like you might need our Series 210 coil balance, instead. This is 9/16" thick which sounds like it would be a better fit for your window.

The problem is that the strongest weight capacity for this spring is 10 pounds, under our S210-10. To reach 14 pounds per side, you'll need to add an additional S180-4 spring and 15-086 secondary housing.
