Ordering casement window crank mechanism

Hello, I have Pozzi windows that are 25 years old. I need to replace several of the crank mechanisms and want to make sure I order the correct ones. The picture of my window looking at the window from inside the house I would imagine it would be a left side crank. Yet the part photo attached has an R30842 number on it. Please advise as to what I need to order and I will need some right sides and lefts.
