Ordering correct channel balances

Question

The parts have been removed from the windows, so I apologize that I do not have any photos of the parts installed. The part appears close to S380 and S385, but I do know the difference. The length of the metal not including the plastic pieces is 23 inches. On the side of the part on the metal are the numbers 2230. Thank you for your help.

Thanks for posting. This window balance is a match for either the S380-23 or the S385-23. To determine which of these is the correct replacement match, carefully look over the specifications below and compare them.
