Original St Charles metal cabinet push pull latch

Question

Looking for replacement part for this latch. After 60 yrs some r failing and doors won't stay closed. Appreciate any info u can provide. They r plastic 1 in wide by 3/4 in deep and accepts a metal pin which r in good condition.

I'm sorry to say that I don't know what latch it is you're looking for. We don't have a lot of information on St. Charles cabinets in our records, and as you've stated this hardware can get fairly old. There is a good chance that after 60 years your hardware isn't made anymore.

I'd be happy to look into it further, but I'll require photos of the hardware in question so that we can research a potential replacement.
