Our door handle broke

Question

The handle was broken and we couldn't find the part anywhere. But the part that broken said something swiss and the holes for the screws are 4" apart. please help identify the part that i need to get. Thank you.

Thanks for writing in. All of the parts you show here, which I have listed on the side, would lead me to believe that you have the 82-080 or 82-081. However, these handles have a distance between the installation holes of 4-15/16". Can you confirm this dimension? Alternately, if you have a picture of the original handle set that would be a great help. Many thanks!
