Out-Swinging Door Inside Latch

See the back of the latch - the numbers 0242-1 are printed on it - but I cannot find a replacement anywhere. Though, it does appear your 40-052 product would fit, as it's got the same dimensions. Please let me know your thoughts.

Our 40-052 does look like a good match. If it has the same dimensions, then I think it's a great place to start.
