The 10-325 can be used on out-swing shower doors, yes. I actually can't think of an in-swing shower door, come to think about it. 

Whether the 10-325 can be used on YOUR shower door is another story, but it's a very versatile drip rail that I've had a lot of success with. As long as your old drip rail was similar in style then it should be fine.
