Outer sash is hard to open

My outer stash is holding on 2 stoppers and it's hard to move up ! If I fold on stopper it's going down and I need to remove inner stash and ask helper to move outer one up

I'm afraid I don't know what a stopper is in this case. Typically, when sashes are difficult to open it's either a case of an obstructed track or a failed balance.

Your first step should be to remove the sash and examine the side tracks for any signs of damage, or otherwise any dirt or debris that might be clogging the operation of the balance. This is fairly common.

Assuming the tracks are in good condition, you need to then examine the balance for damage. We can help you identify and replace that, but it will require a clear photo of the balance in question.
