These are Simonton double hung vinyl windows and seal slides in groove of lower sash on outside.

Hello,

The closest options that we carry to your weatherstripping would be the 58-171 or 58-182 shown below. With that being said, they do not have the extra material that comes out of the side of your seal, so I can't be sure if either would work. Take a look and what you think.
