Outlook Window

Quick Learner
Hi,

I have a crank out window that was made by a Company called Outlook.  We built the house in 2001.

The top drip edge of the window has become brittle and chipped off.  It appears to be an extruded part.  Please see attached pics.  Do you sell a replacement part?

Also, it appears that the slider mechanism with a plastic overmold should be replaced on the top and bottom as well.  See pics.

Thanks!

Hello, thank you for posting,

At first sight, the seal on the window resembles the 55-106 leaf seal. Please review the overall style and dimensions below to see how it compares to the original!

For the hinge, please start by reviewing the 36-048 2-bar hinge set that has a 10" sill track or the 36-049 with a 14" sill track. Compare to your original to confirm a good fit! Please note that both the top and bottom hinges will need to be replaced at the same time.

Review the installation video below for more details and let us know if you have any questions!
