Outside door weather seal strip for oak threshold

The existing weather strip has shrunk over the years. I need a replacement 36" L x 3/8" W

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the door threshold seal shown in your photos. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this repair, but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
