Outside entry door weather stripping

I have a door manufactured around 2004, I think from Canada and I'm looking for a weatherstripping that sticks in in the door jamb that seals the door then shut.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm not sure we'll have a match for this. Can you remove an undamaged sample and show us a clear photo of the end profile? I can't promise we'll have a suitable weatherstrip but that would help us confirm.
