Possible OEM outside handle for patio door

This isn't a handle that i'm familiar with, but if you could give is the dimension form center screw hole to center screw hole on your handle, we will let you know if it's something that we can provide. 

Also, broken handles can sometimes mean that your rollers are not working as smoothly as they should and is putting your handle under additional stress. I'd recommend making sure that your track is clear of dirt and debris and checking your rollers to see if you might need to replace them as well. Thank you!
