Latch is 3/4" from center of handle to center of latch hole

I want to install an outside keyed lock on this door

3 15/16" screw hole spacing

Thank you for visiting our website. Our 82-315 key lock and housing may be used to make your handle keyed. Take a look and see if this will work for you.

I believe I need an offset key housing if I use the existing handle

If I order your 82-044 handle and the 82-315 key lock and housing will that work?
