Outside screen corner

A home owner from Mantua NJ says:

It is 1/4" thick
Two tabs are 1/2" long
The actual square corner is 9/16"
Total is 1 1/4"

Hello!

This looks similar to our 95-208 corner key for 5/16" thick screen frames. Your dimensions are a bit off from ours but look this part over and see if you think you can adapt this for your application.
